The key has a control push rod (17) mounted in a housing (10) of an end fitting (7). Two pins (24) of the push rod are received in terminal sections of grooves (12) for sliding between locking and free positions of the rotation of end fitting. The grooves have an input section opening by an end portion on an external side (8) of the end fitting and by an end portion in the terminal section. The push rod and the end fitting are brought back to locking and output positions, when a spring (18) is arranged for working in compression and torsion, respectively.
