The system has a computer (80) that extracts pieces of visual information necessary for safe driving and determines the amount of extracted information. The computer estimates a level of vehicle driver in acquiring visual information during driving as an information acquisition capacity of the driver. The computer changes a driving support level based on comparison between the determined amount and the acquisition capacity.
