The device has a slide bar plate (4a) removably integrated on a transmission unit constituted by support arms (2a, 2b) and actuating cylinders (3a, 3b). A slide bar plate (4b) has on its outer side, opposite to the outer side of the plate (4a), a guide (8) removably integrated on a working tool. A hydraulic jack (6) is interposed between the plates and ensures rotation of one plate with respect to the other along a common central axis. An independent claim is also included for a process of implementing a coupling device.
