The hard cover page (1) is composed of minimum of two pasted hard upper and lower cover sheets (1a,1b). The upper cover sheet has a cut part (2) that is detachable by a notch (4). The page is printed with images, text, figures, signs or is covered with a tactile surface. The cut part has a front side (2a) and/or back side (2b) that has a surface coated with plastic for allowing child to draw figure by him .
