The device has a cover (20) with an opening for allowing passage of jet emitted during activation of a diffuser. A contact surface inside the cover takes support against the diffuser and triggers activation of the diffuser at the time of movement of the cover against the diffuser. The cover moves between a locked state in which the cover is not to be activated and a free state in which the cover is to be activated.
