PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a second rise and fall cord which is not loosened in a twin type solar radiation shielding device even though a bottom rail pushes up an intermediate rail when the first rise and fall cord is operated and the bottom rail is raised and the bottom rail pushes up an intermediate rail in the twin type solar shielding device which raises and falls intermediate rails by operating a plurality of second rise and fall cords through a second operating means set at the head rail by suspending an intermediate rail and the bottom rail from the head box, tensing an upper side shielding member between the head box and the intermediate rail; tensing a lower side shielding member between the intermediate rail and the bottom rail; and raising and lowering the bottom rail by operating a plurality of the first rise and fall cords through the first operating means installed to the head rail. SOLUTION: The second rise and fall cord is connected to the second operating means at the upper head; the lower end is lowered and inserted through holes of each rise and fall cords from the head box to the upper side shielding members and then inserted to the inside of the intermediate rail and then taken out from more than one opening of the intermediate rail and then connected to a weight which can be contacted to an intermediate rail.
