METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GOLF CLUB HEAD USING HIGH-SPEED INFRARED BONDING MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a golf club head and capable of manufacturing the golf club head, improving a quality of the product and greatly reducing production costs by using a high-speed infrared bonding manufacturing process.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the golf club head comprises adopting a heating method having a heat source of infrared rays and manufacturing the head by bonding each member of the same through effectively reducing the degree of alloying of each bonding layer in a controlled time after a filler metal between respective members of the head to be bonded is heated and melted.
