<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing tradable semiconductor process technology information which is rich in flexibility while reducing time and labor. <P>SOLUTION: This system 20 for providing semiconductor process technology information is provided with a mediating part 24, a process IP storage part 31, an accessory information storing part 32, a customer management part 33, and a control part 26. The mediating part 24 exchanges information through an electric communication line network 10 with a user 11. The process IP storage part 31 stores process IP obtained by dividing the semiconductor process technology into a plurality of the technologies. The accessory information storing part 32 stores the accessory information related to the process IP. The customer management part 33 manages user information registered by predetermined procedures in order to obtain the process IP.
