PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material having good processing stability, giving clear thin lines, capable of forming a defect-free image, and adaptable to finer resolution being a practice in recent years. SOLUTION: In the silver halide photographic sensitive material including at least one silver halide emulsion layer and at least one hydrophilic colloidal layer on a support, the support contains a polymer filtered with a melt filter of≤5μm mesh and the silver bromide content in the silver halide contained in the silver halide emulsion layer is 40 to 90 mol%.
