PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device of an induction heating system which shortens the warm-up time and enables continuous feeding of a number of sheets right after the completion of the warm-up. SOLUTION: The fixing device 80 is composed of a heating roller 84 which generates heat by an induction current, a pressure roller 87 which is arranged in pressurized contact with the heating roller 84, and an induction coil 83 which generates the magnetic flux to be supplied to the heating roller 84.
