PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overturn preventive control device of a working vehicle capable of reliably preventing the overturn of a vehicle body caused by excessive load on a tip part of a working machine. SOLUTION: The overturn preventive control device comprises a relief means (35) which is connected to a cylinder chamber (9b) under the holding pressure of a hydraulic cylinder (9) to vertically drive a working machine and relieves oil in the cylinder chamber (9b) at the pressure lower than the relief pressure during a regular work of the hydraulic cylinder (9) under the command from the outside, a vehicle body inclination angle detector (42) to detect the angle of inclination in the predetermined direction of a vehicle body, and a controller (42) to output the relief command to the relief means (35) when the detected angle of inclination of the vehicle body is not lower than a predetermined value. The relief means (35) comprises a relief valve (36) which is connected to the cylinder chamber (9b) and set to the pressure lower than the relief pressure during the regular work, and a solenoid valve (37) which is disposed between the relief valve (36) and a tank (40) and opened/closed under the relief command of the controller (42).
