PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator for an induction motor capable of simplifying its structure and facilitating assembling work, and raising a counter electromotive force. SOLUTION: The induction-motor includes a stator (600) in which a main winding (620) and an auxiliary winding (630) are wound around a plurality of slots (611) cut at a stator body (610), an induction rotor (300) fitted at the stator (600) so as to be rotated freely, and a rotational magnet (500) fitted between the stator (600) and the induction rotor (300) so as to be freely rotated.
