PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator manufacturing method suitable for miniaturization. SOLUTION: ICs 2 and quartz resonators 3 are mounted on one ceramic substrate 1, and then outputs of individual crystal oscillators 10 and electrodes of outputs of quartz resonators are separated by half scribing the substrate, so that an advantage that characteristics of individual crystal oscillators and quartz resonators can be examined is drawn. Then pads for examination of quartz resonators are made easy to miniaturize though being separated and not left on quartz resonators by cutting into individuals. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
