PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car interior mounting device of a display device, dispensing with working for an automobile, easily fitted to the car interior, allowing even the children to easily watch a display screen regardless of the sitting position of a person seated in the rear seat, and further improving the safety. SOLUTION: A holder 1 having elasticity is provided with a storing part 2 for the display device 3 formed by piercing the holder from the front to the rear or recessing the back. The display device 3 is stored in the storing part 2 to resiliently clamp the holder 1 between a backrest 4 of a driver's seat of a walkthrough type automobile and a backrest 5 of a front passenger seat. Thus, the display device 3 is fitted directing toward the rear seat in the automobile. Since the holder 1 is resiliently mounted between the backrests 4 and 5, the display device 3 can be easily attached and detached together with the holder 1 without any working for the interior of the automobile.
