<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methanol reforming catalyst, high in methanol conversion to gas and a little in generating volume of CO, and to provide its production method. <P>SOLUTION: The methanol reforming catalyst is a Pd/Zn-based catalyst wherein Pd particles are supported on a surface of a ZnO particle.
