<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase in the amount of electrostatic charge of developer images transferred onto an object to be transferred. <P>SOLUTION: A color laser printer 1 is constituted to form the toner image of multiple colors on a paper sheet 3 by visualizing the electrostatic latent images formed on respective photoreceptor drums 56 corresponding to the respective colors by the use of toners of respective colors housed in respective developing units 20, and successively transferring and superposing the toner images (the developer images) of the respective colors which are the visible images onto the paper sheet 3 as the object to be transferred which is conveyed by a conveyance belt 67. The color laser printer 1 is constituted in such a manner that the toner images of the toners of higher transfer efficiency are transferred in faster order on the paper sheet 3 (on the upstream side in the conveyance direction of the paper sheet 3). Further, the transfer biases applied between transfer rollers 68 and the photoreceptor drums 56 for the purpose of transferring the toner images on the photoreceptor drums 56 onto the paper sheet 3 are set lower in the case the toner image of the toners of the higher transfer efficiency are transferred. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
