PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the welding quality of a reinforcing member in welding the reinforcing member for improving a shearing strength of a column-beam joint part. SOLUTION: In the joint structure that the reinforcing member 30 is welded to a shaped steel constituting one of the shaped steel column 10 and the shaped steel beam 20 at a joint A of the column 10 and the beam 20, the reinforcing member 30 including a plate 31 and stiffeners 32, 33 intersecting the plate 31 is used.
