A device for weed killing by means of an impregnated wire and designed to be transported by an agricultural machine comprises a frame (12) in turn comprising a central part (13) equipped with means (14) of constraint to the machine and two side wings (15) folding between a working position transversal to the machine and a rest position. The frame supports wires (18) running along a horizontal section (19) for application of herbicide liquid and a return section (20) along which it passes in a container (21) containing herbicide liquid to be impregnated thereby. The device is advantageously equipped with means (30, 35) adjustment and holding of the height of the impregnated wire above the ground. |
