PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anastomosis ring device highly reliably and effectively forming anastomosis connection between lumens without any necessity of a surgical stapler or a suture for forming the anastomosis. SOLUTION: This anastomosis ring device for forming a hollow rivet (ring) connection between two tubular tissues includes a structure for facilitating an assembly formed of arc members for a structure mutually connected in intermediate points of circles, namely, petals and facilitates a surgery using a laparoscope or an endoscope. An automatic assembly is facilitated by respective longitudinal half parts. The longitudinal half part has curved points disposed at equal interval and includes crowns formed of the arc members which are disposed in cylindrical pattern with overlapped ends. The molding arc member with an integral hinge further facilitates the assembly and in particular, when implanting with an applier actuating the anastomosis ring device, exhibits a further advantage.
