The center part (20) of the support surface is perpendicular to the symmetry axis of the insert (13) and stepped back to the sides from the center part. The joint insert setdown surface has a central projection (18) close to the stepped center part (20) to give a space of 0.2-0.5 mm between projection (18) and surface (20).
