PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure high security by frequently altering authentication information to a server and to remove the burden on a user who stores the frequently altered authentication information into the server each time, the both being realized without any burden on a manager.

SOLUTION: An authentication server 101 transmits display screen data in which the identification information (IP address) and authentication information (ID2, password 2) of a camera server 103 are embedded to a user terminal 105, which uses the display screen data sent from the authentication server 101 to request a connection to the camera server 103, so that the camera server 103 performs authentication processing based upon the authentication information at the connection request from the user terminal 105.
