PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely emit a measurement light beam toward a measurement position, by confirming the emission position of the measurement light beam. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor laser unit 4, a light receiver 9 is disposed at the bottom on the central axial line L-L inside a cylindrical main body 5 with bottom, and a semiconductor laser module 11 including a semiconductor laser 11c, a laser pointer 12 for emitting a visible light beam as a guide light beam, and a multiplexing/demultiplexing means 13 disposed on the optical axis of the light receiver 9, for multiplexing the measurement light beam emitted from the semiconductor laser 11c and the guide light beam emitted from the laser pointer 12 on approximately the same axis, are incorporated into the main body 5.
