PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker capable of increasing the oscillation area of dampers, obtaining large amplitude for a low pass and lowering even the lowest resonance frequency even in the speaker with a small diameter. SOLUTION: This speaker is composed of: a bobbin 18, wherein a voice coil 17 is wound around an outer circumferential part at the lower part and a plurality of engagement pieces 18a to 18d are formed at an outer circumferential part at the upper part; a pair of upper and lower dampers 19 and 20 with insertion parts 19a to 19d and 20a to 20d, respectively are formed at parts corresponding to the respective engagement pieces 18a to 18d; and a spacer 21 for holding the pair of upper and lower dampers 19 and 20 at required intervals. When the speaker is assembled, the outer circumferential parts of the pair of upper and lower dampers 19 and 20 are fixed onto a frame through the spacer 21, and the bobbin 18 and the dampers 19 and 20 are integrally stuck to one another at the respective insertion parts.
