PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex machining machine with an ATC in which changing work of a tool is surely and safely done, and to which a further large-diameter drum can be installed. SOLUTION: A rotary tool headstock 5 can index the tool T to change to a tool changing position B. While, a tool magazine 2 is installed on a headstock 13 so as to be revolvable in the face parallel to the Z-axis direction. The tool magazine 2 is provided with a plurality of grippers 16, 16... for gripping the tool T in parallel to the face perpendicular to the revolving shaft. A prescribed gripper can be revolvingly indexed to a prescribed tool changing position A. The tool T to change is indexed to the tool changing position B in the rotary tool headstock 5. The prescribed gripper 16 is revolvingly indexed to the tool changing position A in the tool magazine 2.
