PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move the body weight from the heel part to the side of the front foot part for a beginner, an intermediate level athlete and an upper level athlete with bad conditions of that day who are often landed from the heel part. SOLUTION: A hard resin sole plate 1 having a plurality of studs 10 on a sole surface 1a is provided with a reinforcing part 2 satisfying the strength between a landing surface S and the bottom L<SB>B</SB>of a last L when landing a treading portion E, in the treading portion E; a heel portion H bending downward in the rear part of a middle foot portion M and connected to the middle foot portion M via a stepΔto a lower part; and ribs 3 and 4 disposed between the reinforced part 2 and the heel portion H substantially in the front/rear direction, satisfying the strength of the stepΔbetween the heel portion H and the middle foot portion M, and smoothly connecting the lower surface 2a of the reinforcing part 2 to the lower surface L<SB>B</SB>of the heel portion H.
