PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning implement with a handle with which the direction of a cleaning head is changeable in both the cases of drain-off cleaning in a wide surface part to be cleaned and in a small surface part to be cleaned, and fixing is firmly performed in any direction. SOLUTION: In this implement, a first projection line part 13 and a second projection line part 14 are formed in a cross shape on the upper surface of a connection part 12 at the base side of the cleaning head 3, and first canaliform recession groove part 24 and a second recession groove part 25 are formed in a cross shape on the lower surface of a connection part 23 at a handle side. The handle side connection part 23 are divided into freely openable/closable first and second parts 23a, 23b. The cleaning head 3 is separated from the handle 4 by the opening/closing operation of the parts 23a, 23b through the use of a lever 28. Then the direction of the cleaning head 3 is changeable to a first position directed to the right and left direction of the handle 4 and to a second position directed to the front and rear direction of the handle 4.
