PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise amusement in a game by varying the stop states of reels. SOLUTION: A motor stop controller includes a main CPU (central processing unit) 31 for performing a reel stop control processing 1 or 2 in accordance with the kind of a determined winning role when a command to stop a stepping motor 49 is generated by an indication from an outer part. The reel stop control processing 1 is to perform stop control by two-phase excitation with respect to the stepping motor 49 by lowering a driving power source A applied to the stepping motor 49 which is rotating at fixed rotational speed, to a driving power source B2 being lower than the driving power source A, and the processing 2 is to perform stop control by two-phase excitation with respect to the stepping motor 49 by lowering the driving power source A applied to the stepping motor 49 which is rotating at the fixed rotational speed, to a driving power source B1 being between the driving power sources A and B2.
