<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin composition suitable for producing moldings such as an electrical and an electronic equipment product, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In a kenaf fiber-containing biodegradable resin composition, a content of the kenaf fiber is made to be 10-50 mass%. In the composition, the biodegradable resin is preferably a thermoplastic resin having crystallizability, and particularly, is preferable to be a polylactic acid. An average fiber length (a number-average fiber length of the kenaf fiber except for a crushed piece) of the kenaf fiber is preferable to be 100μm-20 mm, and the kenaf fiber preferably includes one having the fiber length of 300μm-20 mm.
