PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fluidize even solidified sulfate pitch of illegally abandoned matter in a short time. SOLUTION: Sulfate pitch (a) and two or more granular crushing media b are put into a vessel 10, and the vessel 10 is rotated. Thereby the sulfate pitch (a) is crushed and fluidized by friction force and shear force applied from the crushing media b to the sulfate pitch (a). An agitation vane 30 is fixed to the inner surface of the vessel 10, and the vessel 10 is rotated around a central axis L which is inclined from perpendicularity. With the rotation of the vessel 10, motion with which the sulfate pitch (a) and the crushing media b in the vessel 10 are raised by the agitation vane 30 and motion with which the sulfate pitch (a) and the crushing media b therein are dropped from the agitation vane 30 are repeated. Thereby crushing of the sulfate pitch (a) is promoted. The fluidized sulfate pitch which is thus crushed and fluidized has excellent handleability and can be fed into an incinerator and subjected to incineration treatment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
