The pallet (1) for the transporting of goods has at least two spaced apart longitudinal members (3) and at least two spaced apart transverse members (2). The longitudinal and transverse members each have fixing recesses through which the members interlock in pairs in the loading position to form a plug-in connection. The longitudinal members can be raised or lowered through the transverse members acting upon them from below. The transverse members are equipped with carrier units (8) enabling the loading process.
