<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a path search circuit enhancing an in-phase summation effect and improving path detection characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A correlator 1 calculates a correlation value of a pilot signal from inputted received data. A weight multiplication section 2 monitors level fluctuations or phase shift of an output of the correlator 1 to apply weighting of amplitude multiplication or phase amount multiplication to the correlation value in response to a result of monitoring. An in-phase summation section 3 carries out in-phase summation of outputs of the correlator 1 for a preset number of times. A power summation section 4 converts a result of in-phase summation into a power value, summates powers by the preset number of times, obtains an averaged correlation power value caused by a delay (delay profile), and provides an output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
