<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to support the transmission of information, and to protect privacy by using identification information applied to a person for supporting the transmission of information, and for protecting privacy. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic circuit chip 2 is mounted on a name card 1 to be distributed to a person, and an ID code is read from an electronic circuit chip by an ID reader 3. A user terminal 4 notifies the ID code to an ID management server 5, and obtains the destination of an agent server 6 corresponding to the name card 1. The ID code and a command message are transferred between the user terminal 4 and the agent server 6, and the agent server 6 prepares a message for information transmission from the information of various databases 5 related to the person managed by itself, and notifies the message to the user terminal 4. Thus, it is possible to recognize the individual person, and to automatically record actions while protecting the privacy of information necessary for the receipt of a service, and to apply it to various solution systems.
