PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive attitude adjustment device capable of keeping an eye point and securing best drive attitude regardless of the difference of physique of drivers. SOLUTION: The drive attitude adjustment device is provided with an X link 25 and a seat height driving means 26 for driving the X link 25 as a mechanism for adjusting the eye point of the driver. At the lower side of a seat cushion 17a, a movable floor 13 is provided that moves in a front/back direction of a vehicle relative to a vehicle floor 27 by a movable floor slide rail 18. The angle of the movable floor slide rail 18 relative to the front/back direction of the vehicle is set to the same as the angle of a line connecting a seat reference point in an ideal drive attitude and a heel point.
