摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bending amount in a winding portion of a coil spring, and to improve reliability in strength of the coil spring by setting the number of turns of the winding portion. SOLUTION: The torque transmission/fluctuation absorbing device comprises a drive plate coupled to a drive shaft of a driving source; a driven plate coaxially arranged so as to relatively rotate with the drive plate and coupled to a driven shaft that is a driven element; and a damper mechanism disposed between the drive plate and the driven plate, and absorbing torque transmission and torque fluctuation between the drive source and the driven element. The coil spring is used for the damper mechanism. An active coil part at a center portion of the coil spring is rolled by a first wire-to-wire clearance. At winding parts on both ends, a wire-to-wire clearance is gradually increased from generally zero to the first wire-to-wire clearance in a circumferential direction of rolling from a rolling end toward a center, and the number of turns of a spring at the winding portion is structured to be larger than a specified number of turns.
