PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shearing force reinforcing method for an existing RC structure capable of easily and surely securing the predetermined drawing rigidity. SOLUTION: This method of reinforcing an existing RC structured surface material or panel material, to which shearing force is to be applied, comprises following processes. (1) A reinforcing member insert hole boring process for forming a reinforcing member insert hole 10 to provide a shearing reinforcing member 20 inside thereof from one side to the other side of an existing reinforced concrete surface material or panel material. (2)A process for filling the reinforcing member insert hole 10 with a filling material 30. (3)A process for inserting the shearing reinforcing member 20, which is provided with a shearing reinforcing bar 21 and fixing members 22 and 23 provided in a tip and a base part of the shearing reinforcing bar 21 and having cross sections larger than that of the shearing reinforcing bar 21, into the reinforcing member insert hole 10.
