<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming device for fresh food equipped with a triple-layered composite material layer. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical fresh food consisting of the triple-layered raw materials of an inner layer consisting of an ingredient, a middle layer consisting of dough and an outer layer is obtained by conveying the dough from 2 hoppers 10 installed as left and right symmetrically in the lower direction, sending the dough to a compounding tool which is constituted by overlapping a main cylinder 52, a middle cylinder 60 and an inner cylinder 65 as a concentric circular state, continuously by using a food material-conveying device constituted with a pair of sinks 2, 2 installed as left and right symmetrically and a passage 23, passing the dough coming from left and right through a vertical passage 56, 652 formed in the middle of them, also pressure-feeding and pushing out the ingredient sent from a hopper 69 in the upper direction of the compounding tool through the inner cylinder, and ejecting the cylindrical food material continuously between outer nozzles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
