<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generating system with high efficiency capable of stably continuing power generation, by restraining the insufficiency of steam necessary for steam reforming reaction of the fuel. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generating system constructed by combining two kind of cell stacks of the fuel cell is equipped with a combustion device 96 burning the exhaust gas exhausted from a fuel electrode of the second cell stack 9 and the exhaust gas exhausted from an air electrode 8, and constructed so as to be able to supply steam from a steam generating device 95 generating the steam by utilizing the combustion heat of a combustion device 96 to a reforming device 3, and to stably generate power by restraining insufficiency of the steam necessary for steam reforming reaction of the fuel. On the power generating system disusing either CO selective oxidation device or a vapor condenser, for example, a phosphate type cell stack 9 or solid polymer type cell stack is effectively used as the second cell stack of fuel cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
