Extrusion apparatus

An extruder drive assembly comprises housing (3), extrusion worms (1, 2) and drive motor. Each extrusion worm has a drive shaft extending into the housing. The motor includes cylindrical stator (10) fixed in the housing and a cylindrical rotor cooperating with the stator. The rotor surrounds the drive shafts (4, 5). Each drive shaft is independently connected to the rotor.
