<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage container which prevents contents from overflowing from a tip of a mouthpiece when a lid is opened. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage container consists of a container body 1 with an upper surface opened, a cap body 11 for closing the upper surface opening of the container body, and a lid 41 fitted over an upper part of the cap body. A vent hole 16 is bored on a peripheral wall 12 of the cap body 11 except the upper part, and a spouting hole 24 is bored on a top wall 13 for closing the upper end surface of the cap body peripheral wall 12, respectively. In addition, a tubular wall 43 hanging from a top plate 42 of the lid 41 is detachably fitted over an upper part 12c of the peripheral wall 12, and a locking stopper 48 additionally provided on the rear face of a coupling piece 47 protruding from the external surface of the tubular wall 43 of the lid is detachably fitted into the vent hole 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
