<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a plurality of power conversion elements, and to enhance the allowable amount of passage current of each power conversion element even if they are installed on one radiation fin, by reducing a temperature difference in air flowing through the radiation fin. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of air inlets 2 and 3 are formed at the lower part of the radiation fin 6. Cool air is made to flow into the radiation fin 6 through the air inlets 2 and 3 by the negative pressure in the radiation fin 6, produced when a cooling fan 8, installed on the rear side of the radiation fin 6, is operated. Thus, a power conversion element 5 disposed on the rear side of the radiation fin 6 is forcedly cooled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
