<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element provided with a red-orange luminescent layer and a blue luminescent layer, by stacking them on each other, capable of emitting white light having high color purity by using a new luminescent material for the red-orange luminescent layer. <P>SOLUTION: This organic electroluminescent element is provided with the red-orange luminescent layer and the blue luminescent layer by stacking and disposing them between a pair of electrodes.
