PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding mold which can effectively prevent a defect such as cold slag from being caused in a simple construction by effectively controlling heat dissipation at a gate chip and a valve pin tip end. SOLUTION: The injection molding mold 1 is equipped with the gate chip 17 supplying a molten material in the gate nozzle 5 to a cavity 7 formed in a mold main body 6 via a pouring gate 20 capable of being opened and closed by the valve pin 21. The portion of a fixed die 8 in contact with the gate chip 17 is separated from the fixed mold 8, is formed as a divided mold 30 movable relatively to the gate chip 17, and is cooled by a cooling means 34. The divided mold 30 is moved by a spring 33 and a movable mold 9 selectively to either the cooling position of enhancing the contact force with the gate chip 17 or the heat insulating position of weakening the contact force with the gate chip 17.
