PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet which has a hardly collapsible loop part with high cushioning properties and shows a smooth transferability of a liquid from the filament layer side to the base material layer side, and an absorbing article using this composite sheet. SOLUTION: This composite sheet 10 has a filament layer 1 composed of a continuous filament 11 and a base material layer 2 composed of fiber, both layers 1 and 2 being partially joined forming a plurality of joints 4. In addition, the filament layer 1 has a plurality of the loop parts 5 formed of parts, other than the joints 4, apart from the base material layer 2 and each loop parts 5 has an inside space filled with a fiber aggregate 3 composed of short fibers.
