PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen influence of deterioration due to secular change even in a long time use and prevent noise from generating by vibration and impulse. SOLUTION: A magnet is provided in a position covered by a guide means, at the closed side front end part of the shutter curtain of an opening/closing body device. An aluminum plate or the like as an electric conductive means sending induction current when the magnet moves is installed along the guide means. When the magnet moves, induction currents are sent in the aluminum plate so as to stop the currents. Thereby, the shutter curtain movement is braked. The braking force is proportional to the moving speed of the magnet, When the magnet tries to move quickly, a large braking force corresponding to it is brought about. Accordingly, when an opening/closing means such as the shutter curtain or the like is abruptly wound up by a winding drum and is about to collide with a door stop such as a lintel, as a braking force is brought about by the magnet and the conductive body, noises caused by the impulse or the vibration can be regulated.
