PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which prints on a normal seal not having a cut for breaking, processes it to be one for preventing unfair resealing and prevents deterioration in the printing quality due to the cut for breaking. SOLUTION: A cut roller 8 as a breaking cut forming mechanism consists of a cylindrical basic body 81, bearer sections 82 which are respectively formed on both sides of the basic body 81 in order to set a distance between the basic body 81 and a guide roller 9 to be constant, and a blade section 83 provided on the circumference of the basic body 81. A seal continuous body 3 after printing is conveyed to be passed through a gap between the basic body 81 and the guide roller 9 in which the pair of bearer sections 82 are nipped. When the cut roller 8 is driven to be rotated, the cut for breaking is formed on the printed seal 1 which is conveyed between the guide roller 9 provided opposite to the cut roller 8 and the cut roller 8.
