METHOD FOR PRODUCING DUPLICATE STEREOTYPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a large-sized duplicate stereotype by the multiple sticking of an original plate. SOLUTION: An embossed plate 9 formed to be a large area corresponding to the area of sixty four original plates by regularly arranging/fixing numbers of copy plates Q(n-m) formed in a prescribed shape on an embossed substrate 4. On the surface of the substrate 5 of the duplicate stereotype 1, a relief forming material 7 with a molding resin layer 6 which is solid at room temperature and is thermoformable and radiation curable is prepared. The relief forming material 7 and the embossed plate 9 are laminated to make a molding resin layer 6 of the relief forming material 7 and the surfaces of the copy plates Q(n-m) face each other. The molding resin layer 6 is heated to be softened, and a relief pattern 10 is molded by pressing the laminate from above and below by pressure plates 11 and 12 etc. After the copy plates Q(n-m) are peeled off, the molding resin layer 6 is irradiated with radiation 8 to be cured to obtain the multiple-stuck duplicate stereotype having a large area.
