PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal separation system, more detailed the centrifugal separation system capable of centrifugally separating the sample in a sample tube while holding an aseptic state. SOLUTION: This centrifugal separation system is equipped with an isolator 1 and a hermetically sealed container 2 both of which are independently held to an aseptic state, the sample tube 5 capable of being housed in the hermetically sealed container 2 in a freely detachable manner and a centrifugal separator 3 for centrifugally separating the sample in the sample tube. The mouth part 2c of the hermetically sealed container 2 can be connected to the isolator 1 in a freely detachable manner and can communicate with the isolator mutually while holding the aseptic state. In this state, the sample tube 5 can be transferred while holding the aseptic state between the isolator 1 and the hermetically sealed container 2. Further, the hermetically sealed container can be attached to the centrifugal separator 3 in a freely detachable manner and the sample in the sample tube housed in the hermetically sealed container is centrifugally separated in an aseptic state by the centrifugal separator.
