PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a laminated plate using bamboo as a surface material by simple work and to promptly supply it corresponding to various applications and purposes. SOLUTION: The laminated plate 1 is obtained by arranging a plurality of bamboo veneers 4 on the surface of a bed plate 2, with the bamboo fiber direction arranged in parallel, through a permeable sheet 3 through which a fluid adhesive or a heated thermoplastic resin can pass and bonding the veneers 4 by the adhesive or the resin which passed through the sheet 3. In the production of the laminated plate, the veneers are arranged on the sheet in parallel to arrange the bamboo fiber direction and provisionally bonded, the adhesive or the heated resin is applied on the surface of the bed plate, a blank for a decorative plate is mounted on the bed plate surface coated with the adhesive or the resin, the blank is bonded to the bed plate surface, and the ends in the fiber direction of the veneers are bonded together.
