PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the opening and closing of a fuel tank lid, even when the degradation and flaw of each part causes the requirement of a large force for an opening/closing operation in a long time use of the fuel tank lid. SOLUTION: A grip operation tool 9 is continued integrally rotatably from the peripheral wall 3 of a lid body 1. The outer diameter D9 of the grip operation tool 9 is formed to have a diameter larger than the outer diameter D3 of the peripheral wall 3. Projecting sections 10 for anti-slip are formed at suitable intervals of the peripheral direction on the peripheral wall 3 of the lid body 1. Projection curved sections 11 for anti-slip operation are formed at suitable intervals of the peripheral direction on the outer peripheral surface of the grip operation tool 9. Each projection curved section 11 is positioned correspondingly outside each projecting section 10, and the minimum curvature radius R11 for gripping the operation of the outer peripheral surface of each projection curved section 11 is set at a value larger than the projecting minimum curvature radius R10 of the outer peripheral surface of each projecting section 10.
