FIELD: computerized giving to the surfaces of ships of the streamlined shape and their coloring. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the computerized giving to the surfaces of ships of the streamlined shape and their coloring, in particular, with use of the robotized equipment controlled by a computer for detection of surface defects, giving to the surface of a streamlined shape, deposition of sprayed leveling compound on it and its coloring. The task of the invention is to use robots for inspection of a ship body or a deckhouse on availability of defects and for deposition with the help of sprayers of any leveling compound for correction of the detected defects and fulfillment of tasks of examination of a body. For this purpose in the method of giving to a ship body and / or its deckhouse the streamlined shape and their coloring with use of a computer they place a ship so that to ensure access robots to its body and deckhouse, inspect the body and the deckhouse of the ship on availability of defects with use the lasers fixed to the robots or a radar of the system for mapping of a surface. Then deposit the leveling compound on the defects, grind the leveling compound up to its alignment with the body and-or the deckhouse, remove dust formed during the grinding, and color the body and-or the deckhouse.
